- Click the menu button on the upper right, then select Settings
- Type cache into search bar and select Clear browsing data
- Select the Advanced tab, switch Time Range to All time, then select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Deselect all other options
- Click Clear data and wait until Chrome is done clearing. This can take a few minutes. After that, close Chrome, then try again.
