Issue/Question: User is attempting to run Optimal Blue credit and is receiving this error:
Environment: Encompass, ordering Optimal Blue
Cause: Corrupted/ Missing Export.Closing231.LockForm.dll file.
Resolution: Transfer .dll file from device that is running Encompass smoothly onto the user's device that is not able to run OB and is receiving the above error.
- Locate the file in your device.
- Utilize the file transfer feature via zoho ( if you are unable to use the file transfer in zoho, save the file in your onenote and open the onenote in your user's device and download.)
- Drag the .dll file from your device's folder and drop it into the file transfer box.
- Save the file onto the desktop for easier access.
- Open the path on the user's device --> C:\Users\MelissaV\AppData\LocalLow\Apps\Ellie Mae\xIHR5EqGa7zPnRG0YpD5z4TPAB0=\EncompassData\Settings\Epass
- Save the file into the Epass folder.
- Have the user open Encompass and attempt again.
