User Audience: Service Desk
Issue/Question: User is attempting to use a service/or save the file in a read-only file.
Cause: User has entered a read only file.
Resolution: Have user exit the file as read-only.
1. Have the user close the file and re-enter the file.
2. If loan is still in use by another user the other user will need to be kicked out or exit on their own accord.
