Issue/Question: Borrower receives the verification email and clicks on the link and is redirected to the branch page were they need to click "Sign In" to proceed but their account does not get verified.
Environment: Consumer Connect
Cause: Only part of the link in the verification email is a hyperlink. (Part of the link text is black)
- Have the borrower highlight the entire link from beginning to end
- Copy and paste the link into a new tab in the browser
- The borrower will be redirected to the sign in page and there should be a green message that says the account has been verified.
