Sharper Lending - Null response error
When performing an Order Verification in Encompass this can sometimes happen if the attached file is larger than 3 MB.
Easy & Quick Resolution:
- Locate the file on their computer.
- Open the file.
- Use a software printer like Adobe Print to PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF and print and save the file to a different location.
* This should have reduced the file size and now when you attach the new copy of the same file (smaller size) it should allow you to Submit Order.
